BFG is more than a charity. We are an engine for change. We believe that persistent social problems like food insecurity, and housing instability, and inequity in education require persistent solutions. We use strategies and resources from the world of business to supercharge our philanthropy, creating a potential for growth, sustainability, and ultimately impact that far exceeds the finite scope of most traditional foundations.

If you’d like to work with a team of highly motivated, highly skilled, friendly, professional do-gooders, where the words “inspire” and “empower” serve as your north star, BFG might just be the place for you.
